Fall Transition - It's that time, ya'll!

It's truly hard to get in the mood for buying cool weather clothes when it's still in the 90s here in the South, but knowing how our weather fluctuates, one must be ready with Summer to Fall transition-wear! The secret? Layers and interchangeable pieces! We've put together a few suggestions . . .

The Vera Dress - Currently available in aqua, ivory, and peach, and absolutely precious with a few well-chosen pieces to add a little warmth! Pair this dress with tights, a cardigan, a denim jacket. Darling!

Vests! Throw on one of our fuzzy faux fur vests in a soft beige or animal print over any dress - short or long sleeved - add a pair of boots for instant warm to cool weather style!

Add knee socks to your favorite Spring outfit! Suspender skirts are easy transitional pieces!

Choose short sleeved dresses with Fall colors - wear alone on the warm days; add leggings, tights, or knee socks on the cool ones!

And finally, wear that bow anyway! When the mornings get chilly, top that sweet noggin with a French style knit hat and clip on her favorite bow!

I love being able to layer with a vest or cute cardigan. But you’re right — it’s hard to think about when its 100 degrees out! ha. I find that I can often wear these pieces year round – just throw on some additional layers. Love what you said here.

We love layering! Vests and jean jackets are our faves! & we love knee highs and socks. It’s still warm here but I can’t wait for cool 60 degree weather!

I love all these ideas! I have never thought of a clip bow on a hat! That is absolutely brilliant! The vest is definitely our go to in the fall weather. I love the jean jacket with the dress look as well. We will be trying all of these! Thank you for these amazing ideas! Happy Fall!
